In this arrangement of “The First Noel” the men start off with the repeating phrase, “O be joyful unto the Lord”. The ladies sing the familiar words and melody with a fun variation on the rhythm. The second verse slows down and becomes sweet and harmonious, ending in a stately crescendo of “Born is the King of Israel”! This song would be a great part of any Christmas program.

“I Am Thankful Every Day” came about when I felt inspired to write a Primary song. I felt it should have something to do with being thankful. I asked all of the Primary children to write down something they were thankful for and I tried to use many of their comments in the song.

I Love to go to Primary was written mostly for the younger kids. The words are easy and repetitive. It can also be used as a get the wiggles out song. The last verse is about being reverent.
